Ukraine War: West warns against complacency in air defense support

So far, the weapons supplied by NATO have almost exclusively been used for clearly defined defense purposes, such as pushing back Russian artillery, ambushing invading tank columns or shooting down attack drones from the sky. Sending in advanced fighter jets would be a big step forward and risked an escalation between Moscow and the West.
