Russia fires dozens of rockets at Ukrainian cities

Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the military administration in the central city of Kryvyi Rih, said the rockets fired at his city were fired by Russian “ships and planes from the Black Sea”. The electricity in the city had been switched off “as a precaution”, he added.
