Nigeria’s President Buhari promises to punish the killers of the local chief in Imo state

In October last year at least two traditional rulers were killed by gunmen who opened fire on a meeting of traditional rulers in the Njaba area. And in May this year, security forces killed at least six suspected Ipob members after allegedly trying to attack the palace of a traditional ruler in Orlu, Imo state.
