It’s one of the toughest anti-smoking laws in the world. Mexico’s existing 2008 law – which created smoke-free areas in bars, restaurants and workplaces – is now being expanded to include an outright ban in all public spaces. This includes parks, beaches, hotels, offices and restaurants.
